(2025年3月17日,美國德拉瓦州威爾明頓市訊)杜邦公司(紐約證交所代碼:DD)今天宣布,杜邦電子與工業事業部總裁Jon Kemp將擔任分拆後的未來獨立電子上市公司的執行長及董事會成員。作為一家專注的獨立公司,該電子公司將成為半導體和電子行業材料和技術解決方案的全球領導者。
